Yup, use Master Controller to set their academic degree to whatever subject you want and then set them to level 2

Do you know if it is possible to choose a proprietor for the venues with Showtime ? The game generate them automatically, but I would like to choose a specific sim and can’t find a way to do it...

EDIT 10/03/18 : I precise that I didn't find anything in register for choosing them. I only find a way to delete them.

Hm... never came across this option. But you could ask at the NRAAS site - if there is an option to do this with the NRAAS mods they will know.

Click on the stage and you should be able to choose one with Register!  I just discovered this on accident yesterday!

Happy to help!

Now, i need help! Is there any way to keep SP from selling a sim's owned community lot? I want this sim to own this lot but every time i switch households he sells it!  I've fiddled with the settings but i just can't seem to figure it out!

I have a question about the population of a town: How many Sims are too many Sims? I'm rebuilding Moonlight Falls and I'm planning to have 130 Sims living where. Is it too much? Should I rethink my plan?  :blank:

Simnights- I'm not sure, I always assumed that Nraas would deal with it (or switching story progression off).

Jamie - If an average family is a family of four, that's 32-33 familys, so I guess it's a fair amount! Your game might grumble about it.

I think I read somewhere that you shouldn't have more than 150 Sims in a hood so you should be ok as long as you don't also have loads of role Sims/NPCs

The module selling the property off is StoryProgression Money. There should be a setting that keeps it from doing though, but I remember someone having problems with that in the NRaas chat.. So Disabling all of money would be an option, or finding the setting.

I did turn money off for that household, and it's still being sold and i always have to re-buy it.
